Adult Classes

Bible Study
From September through June, on Wednesdays at 11 a.m., following the Wednesday Holy Eucharist service at 10:15 a.m., the Rector leads a weekly Bible Study.

Sunday Adult Education Class
Every other month, at 9 a.m. on Sunday between the 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. services, the Rector or an invited lecturer, offer a class on various topics of Christian values such as Grace or History of the Anglican-Episcopal Church, frequently drawing from from movies, TV show, paintings and other audio-visual materials for examples.  The Nursery is also open so parents of small children may attend.  The class is informal and all are invited to attend when they are able.

In December, the Rector led a class title "Grace in Christmas" in Advent to prepare church members for Christmas, surveying some of the great portraits of Christmas found in movies, hymnody, and television. Of course we’ll visit Mr. Scrooge, O Little Town of Bethlehem, and a few other classics (e.g., A Charlie Brown Christmas), but also, we’ll look into some less familiar gems (A Midnight Clear, Call the Midwife, Home Alone, Children of Men, and even a TED Talk).

Adults Inquirers' Class
This program is designed for people who would like to learn more about the Episcopal Church.. From these classes, many choose to be confirmed, to reaffirm their confirmation vows, or to be received into the Episcopal Church during the bishop's annual visit.

Small Group Meetings
We have several active small groups including a Saturday Men's Breakfast which meets the third Saturday of every month at 7:30 a.m. and every Saturday in Lent.

All these educational opportunities welcome new members.  For more information regarding these and other special educational offerins, check the calender or all the church office.
