Week of June 22, 2008

Parents may use the Nursery in the Parish House for children up to five years of age every Sunday during the 10 AM service. Please take a moment to read the rules posted outside the Nursery door. Vibrating pagers are available. The Vestry Room has a tv for remote service viewing for those who wish to stay with Nursery-age children.

Welcome visitors and newcomers! We're glad you're here. Please fill out a visitor's card, in your pew, to find out about joining the St. Matthew's family.

Wednesday Holy Eucharist and Bible Study

This lovely weekday combination of worship and study continues through July.  Come for worship, stay for study.  Worship begins at 10 AM, Bible Study 10:30ish.  Newcomers are always welcome.  Please join us.

Summer at St. Matthew's

Chapel-in-the-Woods services on Sundays at 8 AM continue, weather permitting, through July. Services will be held in the church in case of inclement weather. Ten o'clock services continue in the church. In August we will hold combined 9 AM services in the church, through Labor Day weekend.

 Pastoral care continues in the summer. If you or someone you know is in the hospital, please let the clergy know so they can visit and pray.

"I will enter His gates with thanksgiving in my heart;

I will enter His courts with praise.

I will rejoice for He has made me glad.'"
